QUICK DIY ORGANIZE YOUR DESK

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
Yet another year passed by promising you’ll that i won't be 'sporadic blogger' that i'm and procrastinating simultaneously. If you are like me who draws, doodles, or paints then you must have ranges of pens, pencils, sharpies, brushes and so on. Nevertheless I've came up with Two easy ways to spice up your desk with basic materials which will help stay organized, can be made just in an hour & won’t cost much either. The thought of making own pencil holder came to my mind while rambling around New Road few days back, a shop with variety of mud pots caught my eye, as i end up losing my stationary items almost after every fortnight. Read on to see how…

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Mud Pot
  • Acrylic paint
  • Paint brush
  • Masking tape

Start painting with white acrylic paint as a base and allow it to dry.

Apply masking tape as the image above .

I opted pink for the mid section, cause i like the color combination. Allow the paint to dry before peeling away tape.

And you're done! Position your tape where ever you desire , play around with prints, patterns, or create contrasting painted pots.

For this one, You will need :
  • Mineral water bottle
  • Spray paint
  • Sharp cutting tool/ knife

Cut the bottle at the center, now you'll have two sections and spray paint the lower section. That will be your pencil holder. And let it dry.

VOILA!
